It is not getting any easier for our feline friends. Lack of affordable spay/neuter & increased living costs = more cats and kittens on the streets. Sadly, abuse is also on the rise. Some days it feels like our hands are tied, low funding and far too many not getting the help they need. If you are a donor please know you are truly an angel! You may never see the faces of all those we help, but we ensure you each one has received a new start in life thanks to your BIG heart!

Please be kind to stray animals.. help and feed them whenever you can.. if you can't help, at least don't hurt them.

Keeping this sweet boy busy with yet another new cat scratcher toy. Red loves his toys. This one is easy for him to chase the balls - no need to run! Considering he can't with his wobbly back legs. Darn doggie distracted him from his fun.

Feral Mama Kitty, is not happy the humans are invading her space to clean. Her name is really Mama Kitty - a feral it took years to trap. Litter, after litter, after litter. All of her litters suffered kidney issues. Making it even more vital for us to 'catch'. While, tragically several passed away at young ages, four still remain with us.

Feral boy Yoda. We have few pictures of this little guy. Honestly, the most we usually see him is a black dash that runs by. If we enter the room late at night when he's not expecting us we sometimes see him sitting on the table. Of course, he doesn't like surprises and off he goes!

While yoda is a true feral, there are so many 'shy' kitties at every shelter that would just love a home. Often times they simply need more time to fall in love with their new person.

Cat parents always have 'mom-ears". Heard mewing coming from the other room. We never ignore mews. There stood wobbly boy Thor with a suction cup he 'killed'. He must have removed it from his toy and looked so darn proud.
