I suggest you email their [email protected] address and let them know your thoughts on this.

I’d love some support asking them to keep us online while I raise funds.

Lily’s Second Chance is currently offline—and not because we stopped fighting for senior dogs.

Replit allowed nearly $7,000 in unexpected charges to build up without me realizing what was happening. I offered to pay the entire balance over just six weeks if they would simply keep LilySecondChance.org online while I made the payments.

They refused.

I was told that unless the full amount is paid immediately, the website stays down.

This is a nonprofit project built to help senior shelter dogs get seen, shared, and adopted. The site was not created for personal profit. It was created to save lives.

I am not asking Replit to erase the balance. I offered to pay every dollar. I only asked for six weeks and for the site to remain available while I did it.

Their answer was no.

So I guess we are seeing exactly how Replit chooses to treat a small nonprofit when it needs a little flexibility.

Please share this post. The dogs should not lose their platform because a reasonable six-week payment plan was rejected.

That is exactly what Ollie did.

Mistakes can happen with any company, but what matters most is how they respond. Ollie listened, took responsibility, showed genuine care, and worked hard to make sure we were truly happy with the outcome.

Their team didn’t just provide a basic solution—they went above and beyond. That level of customer service, compassion, and commitment deserves to be recognized.

Both Ollie and The Farmer’s Dog are doing wonderful things for dogs by helping families provide fresh, nutritious meals. But in our experience, Ollie took that extra step to make us feel like more than just a customer.

Thank you, Ollie, for showing what exceptional customer care should look like. You turned a difficult experience into one that restored our confidence and left us feeling genuinely appreciated.

I honestly don’t have the words to fully express what this means.

Lily’s Second Chance began with one senior dog who changed my life forever. Lily showed me how much love, joy, and gratitude an older dog can bring—and how many incredible senior dogs are still waiting in shelters for someone to notice them.

Today, 20,000 people are standing behind this mission.

Every follow, share, comment, and tag helps a senior dog get seen. And sometimes, being seen is the first step toward being saved.

Thank you for believing that age should never determine whether a dog deserves a home. Thank you for helping us honor Lily by giving other senior dogs the second chance she received.
