Well this is so cool!!

We feel very fortunate to live in such a wonderful city where the mayor is so heavily involved in the community and really above and beyond supportive of all of the small businesses - it's so awesome!!

I love it when people think outside the box to create a service and business that will help other people. Scoopy Poopy Doo is just that kind of business.

Nicholas Violette and Becky Violette stopped in to visit me to share their new business concept. When I first heard the name of the business I was intrigued but skeptical, and after meeting Nick and Becky I see the great value in the services they provide.

There are so many people who love their family dog but because of mobility and health issues they have a great deal of difficulty cleaning up the yard after their fur baby. Some of these people may be faced with a choice, allow the dog to make a mess in the yard and leave it until it becomes unbearable or give the dog up for adoption.

Well this service makes that difficult decision a thing of the past. This business is a solution to a real problem.

I am sharing this in hopes that if you need this service you now know that a local East Providence family is able to offer assistance.

We recently had the opportunity to sit down with our incredible Mayor, Bob DaSilva, East Providence Mayor and discuss what we are looking to accomplish with Scoopy Poopy Doo!

We are incredibly honored that he took the time to sit and talk with us - we truly had a great conversation, we all learned so much, and even snuck in a little about my wife's business, Mermaid Masterpieces & Events while we were at it! It's wonderful to live in a city where the mayor truly cares about not only his community, but the way he supports small businesses both new and old is absolutely beautiful. He gave us many resources and information that will help us truly thrive so we can potentially scoop p**p for many years to come!
