What do I specialize in?

I specialize with the dogs that need a little more help.

Special needs, behavior issues, super seniors and those pups that are just a bit misunderstood.

I try to share something along this line every holiday season.

Be patient, be kind, be respectful.

This holiday season has gotten out of hand with some clients. FOR STARTERS let me just say I love all my clients and I can not express how grateful I am to have the generous and supporting clients I have. You guys ARE my family. I go home home every night and think of your dogs. I cry at your heartbreaks and celebrate when we reach milestones in the grooming process. I would give my left kidney to you guys (oh wait... 😆).

THAT BEING SAID This year, we have had some clients we have had to fire due to human-client behavior.

Today was a doozy. I won't go into details, but police had to be called for a client having an innapropriate and honestly scary reaction to a minor issue. It left me shaken and the rest of my day kind of fell apart after this client. I had some of my favorite clients after this and I feel like I did not give them my 100% effort due to this.

To my clients that have loved and supported me over the years, thank you so much. I appreciate every tip, kind word, christmas card and, and im being quite serious, every smile when leaving the salon. You really do make my job a job a truly love. ❤️THANK YOU❤️

Today is just another day to put in the past. I have a weekend filled with dogs I ADORE and I look forward to seeing everyone this season!
