I ran into these beautiful German short haired pointers at the LL Bean store in Freeport Maine. Their owner was happy to let me pet them and take some photos.

Stop it! I ran into this pupper on my vacation. Her daddy was pushing her in a stroller!! Meet Miss Poppy! Such a delight. I always ask if I can pet and take a photo of dogs that I meet. I spent 10 minutes loving on this precious girl :-)

Please consider making a donation!!

🎂 I turn 50 on September 8th, and this year I'm celebrating a little differently.

Instead of gifts, I asked Karma Cat to run a birthday campaign for the cats I've spent the last 16 years fighting for. My goal: raise $7,500 by my birthday - enough to cover spay/neuter surgery for the next 50 cats who need our help.

(Fun fact: when I was a kid, I used to meow at my mother instead of talking. Seriously, you can ask her when you see her at a Karma Cat event.)

Here's what your gift can do:
🐾 $5 feeds a cat for a day
🐾 $120 neuters one cat
🐾 $180 spays one cat
🐾 $300 spays one and neuters another

Help me get to 50 cats spayed/neutered by my birthday 👉 https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/christie-is-turning-fifty
