Warm Weather means kitten season has arrived! 🐱

Spring & Summer always brings a massive surge of newborn kittens in need of care! These kittens pictured are healthy and happy with awesome owners that have came to see us recently but we know our veterinary team is gearing up to care for orphaned/stray kittens. 🩺

How can you help this kitten season:
🐾 Spay & Neuter: Best way to manage kitten season is prevention. If your pets are not spayed or neutered, give us a call to schedule!

🐾 Don't "kitten-nap": If you find a litter in the wild, wait and watch from a distance. Mom is usually nearby hunting for food and will return.

🐾 Support Local Rescues: Consider donating kitten formula, heating pads and other supplies.

🐾Consider Fostering: If you have time and space, becoming a foster parent for orphaned kittens literally saves lives.

Teddy, the handsome Airdale Terrier, will be finishing up his puppy vaccines next week! Teddy has been brave at every visit and just the best boy! 💚

Opie, is that scruffy cute terrier mix, who has just started her puppy vaccines with us! We are loving her spunky energy! 🩷

We are thrilled to officially introduce the newest member of the STAC family, Jamie. 🎉 Jamie joins us as a Licensed Veterinary Technician with 12 years of experience spanning both high-intensity emergency medicine and dedicated general practice. 💉

Though she's only been with us for a month, it feels like she's been here forever! Jamie has blended perfectly into our team culture, bringing a passion for patient care and a collaborative spirit that fits our "mold" to a T. 🐾

February was a month! 🩷

That's a wrap on Dental Health Month! Our team were busy bees, and we couldn't be more proud of the number of successfully performed dental cleanings done by our Licensed Veterinary Technicians! 🦷🐾

From scaling away stubborn tartar to polishing those pearly whites, we've helped so many of our furry patients head into spring with healthier mouths and much fresher breath! Huge shout out to all the proactive pet parents out there! 👍🏼

🎉 If you have been to the clinic in the last few months, you have most likely met William, whom has been tagging along with Dr. Fernandez & Dr. Eaves! William has been gaining some clinical hours while awaiting to hear from the Admissions from the Harvey S. Peeler Jr. College of Veterinary Medicine at Clemson University 🐅

We are so excited to share that William has been accepted and will be starting in the fall. 🎉 Dr. Fernandez & Dr. Eaves have had a blast mentoring him.
