CHAMPION OF CARE. Dr. Megan Gallagher, a third-year equine surgical resident, has been named the June Lloyd Veterinary Medical Center Champion of Care. Her nominator said... "Dr. Gallagher has been patient and kind through months of progress and setbacks. She explains everything clearly, respectfully, answers all my questions and does her best to accommodate my work and travel schedule. We are so grateful for all she has done to help Violet live her best life!"

It is with very heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Dr. Marvin Beeman.

Our Littleton Equine family has been so lucky to have had three professional “fathers” who taught us how to care for both people and horses. Dr. Beeman lived and practiced with passion and wonder for the horse. His enthusiasm and joy were infectious and inspirational to all of us.

His decades of service, leadership and mentorship will leave a lasting impact on the horse industry and all of the lives that he touched. He will be missed as fiercely as he lived his life.

Today we said goodbye to two incredible interns as they wrapped up their time with us at BREC!

Over the past year, they have worked hard, learned a tremendous amount, and become valued members of our team. We are grateful for their dedication, positive attitudes, and the care they provided to our patients and clients.

Congratulations to Dr. Bain and Dr. Obermeyer on completing their internships! We have no doubt that they will continue to do amazing things in their veterinary careers, and we are excited to see all they accomplish in the years ahead.

A special thank you to SunPins for helping us celebrate with a fun evening of bowling, great food, and even better company.
