I want to start a little kindness challenge.

Thereā€™s so much negativity in the world, and I keep thinking about how easy it can be to make someoneā€™s day just a little better.

So hereā€™s the challenge:

Do ONE nice thing for someone today.

Buy someone a coffee
Make someone a treat
Give someone a genuine compliment
Send a text to someone you appreciate
Leave someone flowers
Let someone go ahead of you
Pay for the person behind you
Check in on someone who might need it
Or simply do something that makes someone smile.

It doesnā€™t have to cost money. It doesnā€™t have to be a big gesture. It just has to be kind.

And thenā€¦ pass the challenge on.

Tag someone, send this post to a friend, or just tell someone about it and challenge them to do one kind thing too.

Imagine if we all did one small thing for someone else today.
One act becomes two. Two becomes four. And eventually, who knows how far it could go.

Will you join me?

Switching up your pace on walks isnā€™t just about keeping things interesting itā€™s a great way to build better leash skills.

Changing from a slow pace to a quicker one teaches your dog to pay attention to your movement and stay connected to you instead of getting locked into whatever is happening around them. It builds engagement, improves responsiveness, and helps your dog learn that your pace not the end of the leash is what guides the walk.

The goal isnā€™t a perfect heel the entire time. Itā€™s teaching your dog to notice you, adjust with you, and move together as a team.
