So as you all know
I make toys for parrots of all sizes
Having a big flock here at our sanctuary this would help save $ if I made them toys right ?
Wrong… they refuse to play with the toys I make
But if I buy a toy watch out gone in seconds
😂🤣🤣 this flock is bougie af
I don’t get
Also cardboard box is our Moluccans favorite toy and towel 🤣😂😂 and rios is the welches grape cap to the bottle 🤣😂😂

So let’s talk tree stands shall we

Depending on size I know pricing can be different and absolutely it is .

I want to share and talk about this because 1) spammy sites posting pics of my trees in my house literally for $20 and 2) some people have messaged me inquiring manzanita tree stands and why mine are so “expensive “

First off I’m based in Midwest and order my branches to be freight shipped here .. as a business any and all overhead goes toward cost of product .
Secondly : my time and skill and experience in making them is not to be forgotten. The craftsmanship and creativity and designing them all takes time and effort
Third: my trees are very low priced compared to most places … underpriced if you will
Macaw and cockatoo trees are $750
Med parrot trees are $600
Small trees are $400
And 24-30” tiny branchy tree are $175

Now some say $750 is a lot and sure it is …
But cost of branches and cost of stainless steel hardware like screws , bolts , eyehooks , hanger screws , wing nuts , nylanuts and caster wheels and base is all factored in and than the skill and craftsmanship and time …

If you google 60” manzanita tree stand the prices are $1300-8600( for huge one) . I saw one for $9600.

We buy homes for ourselves for hundreds of thousands of dollars to live in … your parrot lives just as long as you if not longer … so hundreds isn’t a lot in comparison for them

These trees last them a lifetime ..as the wood so hard and dense it is hard for parrots to destroy and chew through it .
I prefer manzanita over java although Java is great also… but I personally like the look of manzanita …
So here is the prices compared to mine …
I don’t want to gouge either like some people do
I want to be fair

Tell me your thoughts 💭 like to hear opinions and if you bought a tree from me please let me know your thoughts

And to be totally transparent unfortunately yes price went up a tad bit as everything went up for me from hardware to branches to shipping …hate the greed and my apologies for prices having to go up … wish it didn’t 😔 .

So there are scammy website posting and using our pictures and tree stands I built on their website
They are posted as $20 manzanita 48” tree stands
These two tree stands I actually built for customers.
Why so many scammy people 😠

So if you see manzanita trees stands for $20 guaranteed it is a fake scammy site
Already sent emails to have my stands removed and the pics otherwise I’ll follow up with lawyers !
Stop stealing peoples hard work !
