In addition to their gifts from DVC, our amazing crew was treated to a delicious lunch courtesy of our wonderful friends at IDEXX! 🍽️💕

Our veterinary technicians and assistants give so much of themselves every single day. From comforting nervous patients and assisting with procedures to juggling the organized chaos of veterinary medicine, they deserve ALL the recognition (and a little extra spoiling, too)! 😂🐾

October 18–24, we're celebrating the incredible humans who keep the tails wagging, the patients comfortable, and the organized chaos of veterinary medicine running!

But did you know? Veterinary technicians and assistants do SO much more than cuddle puppies and kittens. (Although, let's be honest, that's a pretty fantastic job perk!) 🐶🐱

From assisting with anesthesia and diagnostic testing to providing nursing care, comforting nervous patients, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes, these dedicated professionals are essential to veterinary medicine.
