Washington is in a State of Emergency due to wildfires. Take some time to determine if your property is accessible for firetrucks.

Ensure your driveway or access road is at least 12-feet-wide and accessible for heavy equipment.

Also check that any overhead branches have at least a 13' 8" clearance. Consider making the clearance higher to accommodate the weight of a snow load.

Is your address easy to see from the street? Make certain emergency personnel can find your barn...you can purchase reflective street numbers from the Duvall Fire Department or check with your own local Fire Department.
