The first set of pictures of the first Touch a Truck, Pet a Pony! Event held at the farm. The weather was perfect. Thank you to everyone who made it possible, those who brought vehicles, helped with pony rides, set up as vendors, cleaned and cooked, danced and our live music!

It is going to be beautiful tomorrow for our Touch a Truck, Pet a Pony! event!! We have fire trucks from Dushore and Mildred Fire companies, the State Police, Penn Dot plow truck, Army trucks from Kooistra Excavating LLC, tractors, skid steer, bull dozer, and more! The ponies will be giving rides for $5 and an afghan fundraiser with the Trail Trotters 4H Horse & Pony Club in the indoor. Live music by Gary Carl will be in the garage from 11-1 and Line Dancing with Amber will be kicking it up! We have vendors set up in in the indoor as well: Heess Farm pumpkins, honey, and pumpkin decorating, Weisenberger's Designs, Folta Art, KD's Korner, NorthWoods Farm merch. Food will be available. Que the giant steer, Tiko the Mustang, the goatie girls, Clementine, Zulee, and Delilah and friends will be in the barn to visit with you. Come out and enjoy this free fall event!

Got to visit another NorthWoods Farm family members' farm on Wednesday (once a Trail Trotters 4H Horse & Pony Club member always a member lol)! Thank you Heess Farm for the fabulous deal on pumpkins!! It was great to have a little time to catch up as we picked pumpkins. If you didn't get a chance to take the drive to their beautiful farm and pick your own, these will be for sale at the Touch a Truck, Pet a Pony! event this Sunday from 11-2 and will be set up in the indoor arena. There will also be a decorating table if you'd like to get crafty! All proceeds will go to continuing community events at the Farm.

I love the Farm family community we have been building in Colley! Gary Carl will again be our event live music at the Touch a Truck, Pet a Pony! and he has graciously donated his time to this community event! So even if trucks or animals aren't your thing, come out and listen to some great music and try your boots at some line Line Dancing with Amber who is also donating her time!! 💜
