📣 BIG P3 VIRTUAL AUCTION UPDATE!
Our P3 Virtual Auction is getting a new date!
Originally scheduled for September 12, our Virtual Auction will now be held on:
💜🐾 NOVEMBER 7, 2026! 🐾💜
Why the change?
Well... P3 has been BUSY AND...
The weekend of September 12 is going to be an EXTREMELY busy pet-sitting weekend for P3!
Our first priority is always making sure the pets in our care get all the love and attention they deserve.
We also want to give our Virtual Auction the time and attention it deserves so we can make it a GREAT event! Moving it to November 7 gives us more time to gather awesome auction items, get everything organized, and make this fundraiser the best it can be. 💜🐾
And that means we still need your help!
💜 What Are We Raising Money For?
Our Virtual Auction will help us continue building the P3 Pastures and, eventually, our P3 Respite.
And we are VERY excited to say that since we first started talking about this dream, we have been making some pretty awesome progress!
🐾 P3 Pastures Progress Update!
🚗 The driveway is coming!
We should have our new driveway completed by the end of this week, which is a HUGE step toward making drop-off, pick-up, parking, and access to the Pastures much easier.
🏠 Our P3 building has arrived!
We now have a 10' x 20' building delivered and waiting to be built! Once it's up and ready, this building will give us an official P3 office right at the Pastures and, even more importantly, an indoor space for our camp doggies to come in, cool down, rest, and take a break from all that playing.
As much as we want our pups to run, play, explore, and have a blast at camp, rest is an important part of a safe and happy camp day too! This building will give us a dedicated space where dogs can get out of the weather, settle down, recharge, and have some quiet time before heading back out for more P3 fun.
⚡ Electricity is on the way!
Everything on our end is ready to go! 🙌 Now we're just waiting for the electric company to come out and officially hook us up. We're hoping that will happen by the end of this week — fingers crossed! 🤞⚡🐾
Once we're connected, that will be another BIG item we can officially check off the P3 Pastures list!

What started as an idea is slowly turning into a real place where our P3 pups can run, play, explore, learn, and have a whole lot of fun.
The dogs who have already had the opportunity to come out have had loads and loads of fun, and watching them enjoy the space reminds us exactly why we're doing all of this.
🛠️ But We're Not Finished Yet!
We still have several projects ahead of us, including:
🏠 Getting our new 10' x 20' building put together and ready to use
🏡 Building additional lean-tos so the dogs have plenty of shade, rain shelter, and quiet places to take a break
💦 Building a dog-friendly pond where the pups can splash and play in clean water
🌳 Removing smaller, dead, and leaning trees
🚜 Leveling and improving areas of the ground
🪨 Adding rock around the fence line and gates to help prevent digging and escaping
🐾 Adding more enrichment and fun things for the dogs to enjoy
💜 Continuing to make the property as safe, fun, and enriching as possible for every P3 pup who visits
Every project we finish gets us another step closer!
💜 And Then Comes the P3 Respite...
Our next big dream is the P3 Respite, and this part of the dream is especially close to our hearts.
We want the P3 Respite to be a place where dogs from local shelters and rescues can come for a break from shelter life. A place where they can get away from the noise, the kennels, and the stress for a little while and come out to the P3 Pastures to run, sniff, explore, play, relax, and simply get to be dogs. 🐾💜
For some dogs, that might mean running around and playing their hearts out. For others, it might mean lying in the grass, exploring the woods, getting some one-on-one attention, or just enjoying a quiet afternoon away from the shelter.
Our hope is to give these dogs a chance to decompress, have fun, experience something different, and get a little extra love while they're waiting for their forever families.
They may not have a home yet, but for a few hours, we want them to have a place where the only thing they need to worry about is being a dog. 💜🐶
That's what we hope the P3 Respite can become.

No donation is too big or too small. Every single item gives us another opportunity to raise money and move one step closer to completing the P3 Pastures and building the P3 Respite.
