Looking for a sweet, sensitive girl who just needs a little time to discover how wonderful life can be? Meet Aelin! 🐕💚

This pretty girl is up for adoption through The Animal Protection Society of Durham! She stopped into the store today and we fell in love.

Aelin is a 5-year-old Pittie mix with a gentle heart and a thoughtful nature. New people and quick movements can make her nervous, but she was so brave after she realized we had delicious treats for her 🍖

She is happy to spend time with her people, enjoys tasty treats, and loves exploring the world around her. She also seems to perk up around other dogs, which may help her feel more confident!

Join us on Saturday, October 31st from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM for an afternoon packed with activities, contests, and plenty of scarily delicious treats 🎃🐾

🍖 Spooktacular Trick-or-Treat buffet where every pet can get a goody bag (even if they aren't at the party).

🚪 Door Prizes (12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2:30 PM): Just show up to win! Each winner will receive three months of free pet food (must be present to win)!

👻 Costume Contest (1:00 PM): Bring your pup in their spookiest, silliest, or most creative look for a chance to win an Unleashed gift certificate! $75 for 1st, $50 for 2nd, $25 for 3rd.

🦇 Tricks for Treats (2:00 PM): Show off your pup’s best trick to win a Boo Basket full of goodies (customizable for allergies)!

🎠 Carnival Games throughout the party, including bobbing for treats, puzzle toys, and more.

Pluto's dog day out 🐶💙

This handsome, adoptable boy had such a good time during his dog day out. Every dog day out pup gets a free "adopt me" bandana, box of crunchy biscuits, and $5 toy, and Pluto loved all of it!

Pluto is about two-years-old and is looking for a home through The Animal Protection Society of Durham!

He would love a family who can give him regular exercise and take him out to hike at the park. He would also do great in training classes! Pluto loves sniffing around new places and playing with toys. His favorite way to end the day? Snuggled up in bed with you. 💚

Did you know that Unleashed, the Dog & Cat Store is approaching its 20th Anniversary? 🐶💙

It is hard for us to believe, but here we are, and we are doing some brainstorming on how to celebrate...

We wouldn't be here without our customers, so we thought it would be nice to kick off the brainstorming by hearing from you! 👀

What do you love about Unleashed? How has Unleashed impacted you and/or your pets?

Submit a video and share with us anything that you would like! Memories, stories, testimonials, anything goes! Bonus if your pet(s) makes a debut in the video!! 🎥🐾

We may use some of the videos stand-alone or some or all as part of a compilation. We aren't 100% sure yet, as it really depends on you!

Videos can be as long or as short as you like. Multiple submissions also welcome. Photos and slideshows also accepted. Seriously, anything goes! We can't wait to see what you come up with! 🐶🐱
