🌱 September is prime time to reseed that lawn!
If your grass took a beating this summer, now's your window. Cooler temps (okay, hopefully next week) + warm soil = the sweet spot for seed to actually take.
Here's the game plan:
✅ Prep your soil — rake out the dead patches and thin spots
✅ Choose your seed — we carry 5 different grass seed varieties in 25lb & 50lb bags, or bring a bucket and we'll weigh it out by the pound for you
✅ Feed it right — fertilizers on hand to help new grass establish
✅ Don't skip lime — balances your soil pH so all that seed has a fighting chance
🌾 Or try a cover crop! We’ve got clover (3 varieties), buckwheat, and daikon radish — clover in particular pulls nitrogen from the air and stores it in the soil, so it's naturally feeding your yard before next season even starts.
