Another incredible board meeting is in the books, and we have some exciting announcements to share with our community!

Our board has been hard at work planning TWO amazing events for 2027, and we want YOU to be part of them!

🌹 WOODEN ROSES 5K — MAY 1, 2027
A day dedicated to remembrance, mental health awareness, community connection, and honoring lives that matter. From our Heroes Walk to an evening candlelight vigil, we're bringing our community together for a cause much bigger than ourselves. A COMMUNITY IMPACT AWARD!!! Someone in town will receive a check from PKF for the work they are doing for the mental health of our community!

Get ready to ride for a purpose! We're bringing people together to support our veterans, first responders, and the mission of Project Kevlar Foundation!

Whether you're interested in sponsoring, volunteering, becoming a VENDOR, helping organize, or simply showing up to support these events, there is a place for YOU!

We cannot encourage you enough to get involved. These events are about more than raising funds. They're about building connections, creating awareness, honoring those we've lost, and reminding those still fighting that they are never alone.

We are planning our first 5k in May of 2027 and would love to have someone experienced with non-sanctioned races on our special board!
