Hound Song Bakery started with a pretty simple idea: dogs deserve celebrating.
Not just on Barkdays and Gotcha Days, but on ordinary Tuesdays simply because they’re ours.
We bake small-batch dog treats in Durango, Colorado using simple, human-grade ingredients we’d choose for our own dogs — including peanut butter we make in-house from just roasted peanuts.
But good ingredients don’t mean dog treats have to be boring.
Around here you’ll find Oatmeal Pupcream Pies, Nanner PB Nutter Puppers, Cheesy Pretzel Twists and treats stamped with important messages like Frito Feet and Ugly Barking. We do celebrations, custom treats and whatever other dog-related nonsense we can reasonably get ourselves into.
Because Hound Song isn’t only about making tails wag. We want the humans smiling too.
Small Batch. Big Personality.
Dogs get the treat. Humans get the joke.
Because pets party harder than humans. 🐾
That sounds like the Hound Song we built in the grant work. It has the ingredients and small-batch credibility, but the reason to care is the relationship with the dog — and then the sass comes in naturally instead of us trying to sound funny in every sentence.
