As the holidays approach, we want to thank you for trusting us with your furry family members! To allow our dedicated staff time to celebrate with their families, Coops Creek Veterinary Clinic will have modified hours during the upcoming holidays. Please note our schedule changes below.

Plan Ahead for Medication & Food Refills: If your pet relies on prescription medications or therapeutic diets, please submit your refill requests via our website or by calling us at 423-949-8387 to ensure they are filled before the closures.

At Coops Creek Vet Clinic, we know that the love we share with our pets never truly ends. ❤️
In honor of Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead), a beautiful tradition celebrated in Mexican culture, families create special spaces called ofrendas to honor and remember loved ones who have passed away. It is a time to celebrate their lives, cherish the memories, and keep their spirits close to our hearts.
On October 27th, we remember our beloved pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. 🐶🐱🐾 They may no longer be by our side, but they will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
💕 We invite our Coops Creek family to honor the pets they have loved and lost.

🐾 Happy National Veterinary Technician Week! 🩺

This week, we’re giving some extra love and appreciation to the incredible veterinary technicians who help make Coops Creek Veterinary Clinic such a special place!

From comforting nervous pets and assisting with surgeries to juggling busy appointments, providing exceptional patient care, and handling all the unexpected moments in between, our techs truly wear a hundred different hats!

Their dedication, compassion, teamwork, and love for animals shine through in everything they do. So much of their hard work happens behind the scenes, but it never goes unnoticed or unappreciated!

To our amazing tech team, THANK YOU for the long days, the extra effort, the endless patience, and the heart you put into caring for every patient who walks through our doors. We are so grateful for each of you! ❤️

Tomorrow, September 25th, we will be open from 8am-12pm. We will not have a doctor on staff. This will be for medication refills or pickups and if you need to schedule an appointment. We will reopen on Monday at our normal time.

From our largest patients to our tiniest ones, every animal gets the same love, care, and attention. Big or small, furry or feathered — we're here for them all. ❤️

And through it all, we're always happy to see our patients! 🐾

A woman was seen abandoning a puppy around midnight last night at the front door of our clinic.

Don’t worry, the puppy is safe with us.

Just a reminder that we are not a shelter, it is also not safe to place animals unattended without prior knowledge outdoors left to the elements. Us along with our sister clinic work with multiple rescue groups across 3 counties, give away free services, and take in stray pets regularly.

We love and want to support the community. With all of this said, we do not receive funds to support or have the space to house them all.

Without our consent to accept a stray, this is considered abandonment.

We do not have the space or resources to have a stray live at our clinic unfortunately. If you'd like to ever donate to our angel fund to support medical care for needy pets please give us a call, or if you are interested in adoption or fostering, we will post pictures once they've been assessed and old enough.

We also know the shelter along with our other rescues work tirelessly and need support as well! Animal care workers are running on empty and overwhelmed many days so please be mindful and respectful of your animal care staff and services in the community Spay and Neuter your pets!
