Hi all!

Pease note the following important reminders:

* We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
* For convenience and efficiency, please communicate with us via text message instead of phone calls, whenever possible. Due to our busy schedule and loud environment, we often cannot hear or are unable to answer phone calls. If your phone call is not returned within 48 hours, please try again. Messages sometimes get lost or overlooked.
* At this time we are not accepting any new clients. Year round clients will be considered.
* We are not accepting any new cats for grooming. We do still accept them for nail cuts.
* A deposit is required from new customers to secure an appointment. Deposits must be received within 48 hours of request to avoid cancellation.
* If you do not receive a text reminder within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please contact us! There may have been an issue with scheduling.

REMINDER - new clients are required to provide a deposit when booking an appointment. The deposit will be equivalent to 50% of the estimated charge. We accept card payments, Cash App, and Venmo. To proceed, kindly indicate your preferred payment method, and we will send over an invoice. Payment for invoices is due within 24 hours to secure the scheduled appointment.

📢 Important Business Update

💳 To better serve our customers and streamline payments, we are introducing a few updates.

📱 SMS Invoices
Invoices can be sent directly to your phone via text message, allowing you to securely pay your invoice online with a credit card. Just let us know at drop off if you would like an invoice sent.

🧾 Deposits for New Customers
Beginning April 1st, a deposit will be required for all new customers at the time of booking to secure appointments or services. Clients who no-show will also be required to pay a deposit in order to rebook.

These changes help us keep scheduling organized, reduce no-shows, and provide a faster, easier way to handle payments.
