Oh the waves of emotions that come with boarding our four legged fur babies, we understand, completely!
Tomorrow, my personal boy, Chase checks in!
Why do we get it?
First, we are pet lovers ourselves. We only want the absolute best for our pets & as parents we naturally worry.
Our hope is that we have constructed a place that we hope covers most everyoneโs potential worries. (โฆMyself included ๐: Iโm my own most difficult client! ๐)
Safety:
Passcode Entry Door
Automated closing & locking door
Secondary entry gate
Carabiners on run doors & gates
Double locks on exterior gate
Thick screenings around fence perimeter
Cameras with alert systems
Bluetooth enabled smoke & thermostat
Owner or Staff lives on site!
Health:
Meal & medication & vaccine tracking
Body Checks
Heat & Extreme Cold Procedures
Beyond this list is a slew of procedures we have implemented to ensure safety & health are at the forefront of our priorities. Including trial nights to ensure pups are comfortable before the first boarding stay.
Not to mention the โfun extrasโ: updates given on a regular basis, calming music on non stop, long lasting chews or bedtime snacks offered, endless cuddle sessions with the best staff possible & PLAYTIME: with or without doggie friends!
At SRR we understand not ALL dogs love doggie friends, my personal boy included in that list and guess what he LOVES boarding.
The only time Chase ever pulls on the leash is to get into the buildings door!
While risks will always be a factor, we hope to have done our due diligence to be as proactive as possible.
In retrospect, I worry I will miss him, more than he will miss us!!
If you ever have questions about boarding, please ask because we understand!
**As a reminder, we are not accepting new boarding clients at this time.
Existing clients if you have a potential reservation for this summer, book soon as dates a becoming slim.
