🌧️ A QUICK WEATHER REMINDER
As an outdoor business, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. We understand that weather conditions vary from town to town, and just because one area gets rain doesn’t mean everyone does.
However, when more than 60% of our scheduled route is affected by weather, it isn’t practical or sustainable to continue driving our route for the handful of yards that may have stayed dry. We cannot control the weather, and driving to service one yard while the rest of our route is shut down simply isn’t a reasonable business decision.
We will always do our best to service yards when conditions allow, but sometimes a yard will have to be skipped until the following week’s visit. That’s simply part of operating an outdoor business!
A QUICK NOTE ABOUT BILLING: A weather-related skip does not automatically mean a free week of service. When we return the following week, we’re still cleaning up the waste accumulated during the skipped week. If you scoop your own yard during that time, let us know, and we’ll credit the missed service accordingly. Otherwise, billing continues as normal.
We love what we do, but we can’t control the weather, and we can’t run a sustainable business by making exceptions every time the forecast affects our route. We appreciate your understanding and patience when Mother Nature has other plans! 🤎🐾
