New payment policy information and current status of where we are in our work orders.

We’ll start taking new work this season on Monday November 2, 2026. I didn’t include any life size in the price list however they can priced upon request. There will quotas this year similar to the last 2 years, subject to change but we’re projecting turnarounds in the 12-18 month range. Quota on shoulder mounts will be around 25. Quota on waterfowl/ Upland will be around 100-125 birds.

This year starting on November 2nd there will be a change to our payment policy. This will include all new working coming as well as existing work from the 2025/2026 season. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause but we fill as if it can benefit everyone involved.

How it works: As always upon specimen check in the required deposits for the said project are due then which will range from 35%-50% of the total price depending on certain variables. For example $200 deposit on a duck or $300 deposit on a whitetail.

In the past we would contact clients upon completion of their projects however going forward once we get to your ( the client) work order we will then contact you for final payment and also go over additional details about your project if need be. We will send an invoice to you at that time regarding such information. Unless other wise noted (such as a high end custom project for example) your mount will be ready for pick up 45 days or less from receiving the final payment.
Life and unexpected bills happens to us all so you may ask what happens if you’re contacted for final payment and it’s not the best time for you financially. No worries, we’ll skip over your project for the time being and move to the next one in line. Contact us once you’re ready ,send in your final payment , and we’ll get your project started asap as to meet the 45 day deadline. No going to the back of the line or any of that stuff.
