A friend of mine gave me this book he wrote he was an old coyote mule man in southern AZ . He helped me start a bunch of 5 year old Hancock range horses one year on a ranch in southern Az , they grew up the old way , we had to rope them to start them type thing . The owners of the ranch were a really nice older couple the husband was so old he was in the battle of the bulge ! They believed in raising hoeses the old way , not start them until they are grown and their bones were developed . Well old Ron This old man knew his way around a bronc at the age of 70 more than most today . He was nice to have around at the time , he started horses like I was taught as a kid . He told me once that he was famous because he was the only guy that went to prison for grand theft mule 🤣. He told me I was going off to ride a bunch of “ puppy dog “ reiners in Texas . Heres to you Ron ! Wherever you ended up !
