Twenty-five years ago, in 2001, Hicks Run Outfitters began an incredible journey. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our family, friends, loyal clients, and every hunter who has been part of our story. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION IS JULY 12. PA Elk hunters, don’t let Independence Day festivities get in your way of applying.

Remember:
• Must have an active PA hunting license first;
• 15 more bull tags and a new First Regular Season in early October;
• All new zones, from 14 down to 11 but expanded huntable land;
• All bonus past points are aggregated;
• No current blackout period so if you drew a bull tag in the past five years you can apply today;
• Draw a bull tag in 2026 and going forward, you’ve drawn your lifetime opportunity.
