🎉 August each year we reflect and celebrate our opening in August of 2023 (pictured here). The past 3 years have gone by in the blink of an eye, but simultaneously feel much longer (perhaps maybe because we were a part of the community for much longer than that!). Thank you to our wonderful team, patients, and clients for the chance to serve our community pets the past three years, we look forward to many, many, many more ☺️

Veterinary Assistants, Julia (left) and Emily (right) are spending their weekend getting their learning on at the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association’s annual convention in the Poconos. A part that we do is whenever a team member attends any continuing education event, we have them present on a topic they learned to the whole team when they get home. We are so excited to learn about new veterinary medicine developments on their return. Way to go ladies!

🎉 This month we celebrate two anniversaries! Julia and Emily, two of our Veterinary Assistants, celebrated their one year working anniversary with us. You may see their faces often as our Veterinary Assistants are cross-trained and hold multiple hats as both Client Service Representatives and Assistants to the Veterinarians and Technicians in appointments. They are integral to our daily flow and patient care. A fun fact about these two is that they did not know each other before starting their positions here; however, they are often asked if they have been long term best friends as they quickly became very close during their training and since. Thank you for all you do, ladies! ✨

🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, our team at Central Bucks Veterinary Hospital take pause to honor and remember the brave heroes — both human and animal — who have served and sacrificed for our nation. Today, and every day, we extend our deepest gratitude for their courage, loyalty, and incredible sacrifice. Thank you for helping provide and protect a beautiful community we can all call home ❤️

💛 Wow we are feeling the LOVE this week, thank you to the "Milk-Bone Mafia" and the Bertram family for the DELICIOUS surprise yesterday as a thank you to our team for Scooby Doodles, Guinness, and Arya's continued high quality care. It truly made our day to hear such appreciation and to work alongside a family to create treatment plans together as a team that equally puts so much detail into their pets' healthcare to keep them in top form.

😋 Can you believe this is all locally made by their own company "Dipped in Doylestown" (https://dippedindoylestown.com)? The chocolate dipped double-stuffed Oreos, pretzels, and Rice Krispies were intricately decorated with adorable animals. Yum! Thank you so much!

🐾 Thank you to Kevin and the Losorreli family for the very thoughtful lunch for our entire team last week from the delicious in fond remembrance of a their dear boy, and wonderful patient of ours, Stanley.
💛 Kevin rescued Stanley many years ago and Stanley accompanied Kevin on many cross country trips with his work. Stanley battled three cancers over the past few years but never missed a beat with the detailed love and attention from his family and care team. He recently passed surrounded by his family and is dearly missed by all of us, truly a special boy.
🌈 Witnessing and aiding in the healthy continued deep bond between pets and their family members, like Stanley and Kevin's, is truly what drives us each day. We are so blessed to have been apart of Stanley's story and entrusted with the care by many others in our community.

We had a blast this afternoon painting our pets at Doylestown Paint n Pottery! This team is such an in-tune crew to each other, always helping each department and taking the time to teach each other to always better our patient care. They deserved an afternoon of good treats and fun!

✨ Hail to the Victors! ✨

🥇 Congratulations to our adorable patient Auggie for beating out 59 fierce competitors to win our second annual Bark Madness Challenge! With an incredible bracket landing in the 99.5th percentile, Auggie correctly picked the Final Four, the championship matchup, and the national champion - an impressive feat in any league. His canine-inspired picks naturally included the Wolverines and Huskies, but in the end, it was trusting his inner wolf that led him all the way to victory.

🗯 Here's Auggie's family's winning speech on his behalf: "Auggie is over the moon to have won Bark Madness. He loves to watch basketball with his dad and made all the picks himself. Thank you many times over for taking such good care of our boy and for kicking off springtime with some fun! We look forward to seeing everyone at Auggie’s next well visit! With much appreciation, The Dahms Family"

👏 We also hosted an internal challenge for our team and their spouses, and this year’s top dog is Julia - congratulations on a fantastic bracket!

😄 Thank you to everyone who participated. We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we can’t wait to see your brackets again next year!
