One of the hardest parts of what we do is saying goodbye to the pets who become part of our little Doody Queens family. About a year ago, we started caring for two Frenchies named Dustin & Mia, and it didn’t take long before we were completely in love with them. Somewhere along the way, we were lucky enough to meet their furry uncle, Louis, too.
Louis came to daycare while his mom was away on an extended trip and, over the four weeks he attended, quickly became a fan favorite around the Doggie Den. We knew our time with him was temporary, so we soaked up every goofy moment, every daycare day, and every bit of Louis we could get.
And now, somehow, all three of them have headed south 😭. Dustin, Mia & Louis - we are going to miss you more than you know. We hope you love your new adventures, make lots of new friends, and find some wonderful new pet sitters... although we hope you don’t love them quite as much as you loved your Queenies. 😂❤️
We’re incredibly grateful for the relationships we get to build with the animals in our care. They become such a special part of our lives, which is exactly why saying goodbye never gets any easier.
Safe travels, sweet babies. Once a member of The Doody Queens family, always a member. 👑🐾❤️
