For the love of Lovebirds This is a forum for bird lovers. It includes photos and videos of babies that were adopted or to be adopted in the Erie area.

Please feel free to message me if you would like further information! Welcome to "For the love of Lovebirds!" I created this forum for bird lovers in the Erie area! I have over 25 years of experience with these little guys, as well as parakeets. From my experiences throughout the years, I have noticed that there are not many people (in my county) that have someone to turn to for advice about pet birds. I believe Erie alone has only one Avian Vet from what I know! So, if this page can help anyone in any way who has questions or concerns about their lovebird, it is worth making. I am also very curious to see who else in Erie owns these little "jewels of Africa!" I encourage you all to share your videos, pictures, stories and concerns if your birds are very special to you, too! I am beginning to breed and hand raise lovebirds, but I have to be clear that I DO NOT sell any birds through this site. For the time being, the fully weaned birds are taken to Buzz n' B's Aquarium & Pet Shop where they are to be sold through them. I also highly recommend them for their knowledge and involvement with all types of pet birds. I feel super comfortable doing business with them because I know that birds are their specialty!
