Yesterday’s Tech Week celebration was in full bloom! 💐 Our team enjoyed a build-your-own bouquet bar… a little creativity, a little color, and something beautiful to take home.

We’re so grateful for the care, skill, and heart our technicians bring to our hospital every day. You deserve all the flowers! 🌸🐾

A little glimpse of the people who give so much to our patients every day. 🐾💙

For National Veterinary Technician Week, we’re celebrating the skilled hands, comforting voices, and big hearts of our veterinary technicians. From monitoring anesthesia to caring for emergencies… and sneaking in a little extra love between treatments… you make a difference in so many lives.

To our techs: thank you for your knowledge, compassion, humor, and dedication. We’re so grateful for you! 🩺❤️

Taking care of your pets starts with taking care of our people. 💚 Sometimes that looks like shoes off, feet up, and a comfy spot to spend a lunch break. We love seeing our team make themselves at home and take a little time to recharge! 🐾

When a mama dog needed an emergency C-section, our team stepped in to help bring her little ones into the world. Once the puppies were born, our technicians took over, gently stimulating them, keeping them warm, and monitoring them as they adjusted to life outside of mom. 🐾

Those tiny arrivals take a whole team and a lot of care! 💕

Creepy crawlies aren’t just for Halloween… 👻🔬

This tiny ear mite was spotted in a kitten’s ear! Talk about an uninvited guest at the Halloween party. 🐱🕷️

A little microscope magic helped us catch this spooky squatter! 🎃

You may have already met her, but it’s time for an official introduction. Meet Dr. Rubenstein! 🐾

She joined our AHAT team a few weeks ago, bringing more than a decade of experience in veterinary medicine. A UC Davis veterinary graduate, she has special interests in surgery and dentistry and loves helping families feel informed and confident about their pets’ care.

Outside the hospital, you’ll find her hiking with her dog, Laila, spending time with her cats, Rosie and Maddox, crafting, or visiting her nephew in Colorado.

We’re so happy to have her on the team! 💙
