Rickey's Farm We are a small farm in Dowling MI.

We raise registered Nigerian Dwarf goats, serama chickens, old spot/red wattle hogs, meat rabbits.We have multiple gardens where we raise and can most of the food we eat throughout the year.

What a busy day on the farm! 38 chickens butchered and 2 piglets went to their new home. (We have 3 left!) We also canned ketchup for the first time. So excited to have something else homemade to add to our pantry.

I have 6 dozen eggs available this week.

I hope everyone has a nice weekend. We have 30 more chickens to finish tomorrow afternoon and then I have a lot of canning to do. 😂

Our family got 9 rabbits and one meat chicken butchered this afternoon. We are raising freedom rangers this year and we keep having issues with them becoming immobile. This is the 3rd one now. They will be 12 weeks over Labor Day weekend. We will see how many make it to that date. Haha We have 4 piglets left for sale. Hopefully we find new farms for them soon. I finally got all the DNA back on the goats and got them registered. I'm going to try and get them posted this week. We will have 3 maybe 4 females for sale.

The piglets are 6 weeks old. I'm going to get some weights on them this weekend, but they are ready for new barns.
