URGENT request. HRG has accepted an urgent plea for help. Two little seniors have lost their human mom. I am not in TN and need help from my rescue friends. Need transport to meet for hand off (planned in Paris TN) and a temp foster till July 15. Please reach out to HRG if you can assist.

HRG expresses to every Adopter and every Fur-ever Foster, that we will always, always accept our babies back, no matter what. This isn’t the first trip I’ve made, but it’s not because they’re being returned at their own fault, it’s when the Adopter and our Fur-ever Foster becomes ill or unable to care for them anymore. I always tell the family to call me.

Well, today is no different. I am making a special trip to Bowling Green to pick up Wishbone formally known as Dice. And luckily, by GODs guidance, he is heading directly over to a family who I am hoping, fingers and paws crossed, that they love him and see him for the great pup that he is. I think they will, but you just never know until you get there.

I always want my Pup to be just as happy as the family is. It’s a two-way street.

HRG somehow got deleted from the meta FB nonprofit option for fundraising. As we continue to work with meta and Paypal, we were able to set this fundraising event up. Please share and support us as we start a new venture.

HRG long term goal:
Bring SC resources together to assist with the animal population and problems that persist.

(HRG is funded by our retirement, 27/21 years of the military given so we could pay for SC problems…. Go figure)

And what is even worse, the SC community is mislead by what and how the AC Committee contributes. HRG has decided to cut ties with the committee and no longer open to intakes moving forward. We will continue to be a part of the SC Rescue Coalition because we support our sister rescue/sanctuaries for all of the blood, sweat and tears put into a problem that seems to be managed by outside influencers.

Introducing Wishbone(fka Dice). He is looking for a forever foster or adopter. He is super sweet, loves kids, gets along with smaller dogs and a cat. Yes, he is a Jack Russell terrier mix. Weighs approximately 15 #. Neutered and up to date on shots and prevention. He is an HRG alumni returning only because his dad medically cannot care for him any longer.

Falcon is one of our sanctuary dogs. He has a severe fear of getting his nails trim. So we gently put him in the body harness and lift up in our tree. Rob gives him live and treats while I clip his nails. The best way for a scared pup that we have found.
Falcon did great and enjoyed his love and treats, as you can see. 😂
