Introducing Journey!! Come out and see Journey and look how good she looks with hair now since we found her without here. She’s super sweet getting her out to socialize and have a great time at the fundraiser. Come on out and meet us.

Come out to KNS coffee shop across from the Dover, Tennessee Courthouse. We’re having a good time Kitty pool for both kids and the dogs, apples and rot painting also cookies and everything else. Be here till two.

The Misfits gathered around the treat jar and reached a unanimous decision...

🐶 “If humans can spend $30 on pizza and forget where they left the leftovers...”

FUNDRAISER for Susie and our silver paws.

Come out and enjoy some cool activities.

When: Saturday, Sept 4, from 10-4pm.
Location: K&S Coffee Shop - directly across from the Dover Courthouse in Dover, TN.

Rock painting for the kids
Apple bobbing
Kiddie pool for kids and furkids
Water points for the kids and furkids
Coffee shop will be open

There will be donation buckets, small lemonade and cookie (price is a donation).

K9 Shelby (with Jody B) plans to visit and welcomes everyone to come say hi and get some sloppy kisses. From K9 Shelby NOT Jody! 😆

Cybil and Cherie (K&S alumni) will be there for some fur-baby love.

Journey (with HRG) will make her debut. She was found in SC as a stray with no hair from her shoulders to her tail. Come see how great she looks now and how loving she is. (Thanks to Jacks Legacy and Dr. Rita for care and recovery)

Attempt number two.
This time Zoomie is sporting half of a baby burp rag that I cut in half. I sewed the Binky straps to his collar and then connected them. I cut a very small hole for his tail.

I can clean any accidents or have him very a dialer (which he hates) either way I can wash it and then do it again.

My next attempt will be a PVC large tube cute in half with cushion, burp rag and small wheels attached.

***Transformation Day***
Look at Journey. HRG and Jacks Legacy teamed up to give Journey the best rehab and recovery. She is the sweetest dog ever. Even though she was found is this shape (before picture, in SC) she still gave kisses and wanted love. Happy all day. Knows basic commands and fully vetted.

Journey is looking for someone to continue loving her and giving her the proper care. She has had no health issues. Hair is growing back beautifully. She is one special girl. You may never see another so sweet and gentle.

Decided to try another way to give Zoomie butt and leg some protection and comfort; not a large amount of material on his upper body because he gets hot. So I used the burp rag and curled the top. Hooked the binky straps to it on a collar. The collar allows no direct pull on his throat or back.

Today I’m taking Nancy to Mineral Wells Animal Clinic. Susie and Nancy, I have named them my “dynamic duo”. One really can’t be without the other. I got Susie all taken care of with her emergency oral surgery. And then Nancy decides to p**p out some blood clots yesterday and today so I scooped her up and we’re on our way to the vet.

Silver Paws and Golden Hearts was created to help sponsor senior babies that are in loving homes not lose their homes due to financial constraints. We will do whatever we can to help Nancy just like we did Susie, so they can be back together and enjoying the love that their mom is going to continue giving them.

Again, any donations would be greatly appreciated. I will put the Donation links here at the bottom. And I will continue to update this post as we go today on how Nancy is and what is going on. Thank you all for helping us we couldn’t do this without our followers.
