❤️🐾 Forrest Avenue Animal Hospital is so much more than just a building, and that’s because of these amazing people.

They are the heart and soul of everything we do. They show up every day with so much love, compassion, and dedication, even on the hardest days. We laugh together, cry together, lift each other up, and truly are a little family. 🥹❤️

FAAH simply wouldn’t be FAAH without each and every one of them. So lucky to have these beautiful hearts by our side. We love and appreciate you more than words can say! 🐾💕

🐾🎉 IT’S VET TECH WEEK… LET’S GET SILLY! 🎉🐾

You know us as the people who love on your pets, give endless belly rubs, and occasionally leave work covered in fur… but how well do you REALLY know our crew?! 🤪🐶🐱

🎥 We put our veterinary team in the HOT SEAT for a little GET TO KNOW US fun, and let’s just say… we might be better at taking care of animals than answering questions! 😂💉

Behind every healthy pet is a team of hardworking, animal-loving, slightly chaotic humans who wouldn’t trade this job for the world! ❤️🐾

Happy Vet Tech Week to the amazing crew that keeps Forrest Avenue Animal Hospital running, laughing, and loving on your furry family members every single day! 🩺💕

💗 Walking Together, Standing Strong! 🎀🐾

Today, some of our Forrest Avenue Animal Hospital crew came together at Dover Motor Speedway for a breast cancer awareness walk/run! 💕

The weather may not have been on our side, but a little rain wasn’t going to stop us from showing up for those walking through a storm much bigger than ours. 🌧️💗

We walked for the fighters, the survivors, the loved ones we’ve lost, and everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer.

Because sometimes the most important thing we can do is remind others that they don’t have to walk through their storm alone. 💕

🐱🍽️ HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?

When it comes to feeding your cat, more isn’t always better!

Overfeeding can lead to weight gain and obesity, which can increase your cat’s risk for diabetes, joint problems, urinary issues, and other health concerns.

🐾 Measure meals instead of keeping the bowl constantly full
🐾 Follow feeding guidelines based on your cat’s ideal weight
🐾 Remember—treats count too!
🐾 Every cat’s needs are different based on age, activity level, and health

Not sure if your cat is eating the right amount? We can help determine their ideal weight and daily calorie needs at their next visit! 💙

🐾 It’s National Walk Your Dog Week! 🐶

Daily walks are about more than exercise! They help support a healthy weight, provide mental stimulation, reduce boredom, and give you quality bonding time with your pup. ❤️

So grab the leash, get outside, and enjoy some fresh air together! 🐕🌳
