Yesterday was a hard but meaningful day at the shop.

Sweet Martha came in to see us one last time. We’ve had the honor of grooming her for the past 2 years, and in that time she stole all of our hearts. She was a rescue, deeply loved by her mom Kelly, who has such a special place in her heart for senior dogs and giving them the life they deserve.

Yesterday wasn’t just a grooming appointment. It was a goodbye.
We gave Martha a warm bath, extra love, and dressed her in a beautiful red dress so she could feel just as special as she truly is.

Her mom shared photos of her last day with us, and while our hearts are heavy, we’re so grateful we got to be part of her story.

This job isn’t just playing with puppies all day. It’s loving them through every stage of life—even the hardest ones. And it’s standing beside the people who love them just as much.

We realized it’s been a little quiet on our page lately… but that’s because we’ve been busy doing what we love — taking care of your pups! 🐾✂️

Today we’re closing the shop early and heading to Groom 'd so we can keep learning, improving, and bringing the best care back to the salon. We will reopen Monday!

Since today was a little slower than usual, Denise Allen and I got bored… and well… you know what that means. 🤭
Dress-up time!

Don’t worry — this sweet little model was paid in treats and extra cuddles for putting up with our fashion show.

We’ll be back soon with new ideas, new skills, and maybe a few more outfits! 💕

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on here — that usually means we’ve been busy doing what we do best 🐾✂️
Here’s a little peek at what’s been going on lately: some sweet babies fresh from baths to grooms, a few bloopers in between, and lots of pups just getting ready for their glow-ups.
