Our clinic is hosting a donation drive for Wiregrass Adoption & Rescue, and we’d love your support! ❤️

They are currently in need of:
🐶 Wet & dry pet food
🧸 Toys & treats
🛏️ Towels & blankets

Every donation helps provide comfort, care, and full bellies to pets waiting for their forever homes. Donations can be dropped off at our clinic during regular business hours.

Update: It turns out “Seawitch” is actually named Pickles! 🥒💚

Her mom owns a local grooming salon nearby and believed Pickles had gone missing over a year ago. Little did she know, Pickles had become a beloved full-time employee here at our hospital all along. 🐾

We’re so grateful her mom was kind enough to agree to a little joint custody arrangement, which means Pickles/Seawitch still gets to be part of our team while reconnecting with her family. 🥹

Safe to say this sweet girl is very loved by everyone. ❤️

🐾 Meet SEA-Witch 🐾

We’d like to introduce one of our favorite team members SEA-Witch! 💙
SEA-Witch has officially appointed herself as our parking lot security guard, always keeping a close eye on the clinic and making sure everyone arrives safely. She goes above and beyond every day, greeting our hospitalized patients during their potty breaks and brightening the day of both staff and visitors alike.

If you see her around, be sure to say hello! She loves gentle head pets, but please avoid touching her tail she’s very clear about her boundaries. 😸

We’re not exactly sure where SEA-Witch came from, but she has quickly become a beloved part of our hospital family, and we’re happy to continue caring for her. Please drive carefully and keep an eye out for her when coming through our parking lot. 🐾

We’re excited to welcome two wonderful additions to our SEAVH family—Emily and Ethan! We can’t wait to watch them grow and thrive in their new roles while helping us provide the best care for your beloved pets.

🐶 Emily is joining us as our newest Tech Assistant! She’s eager to learn, connect with all of our amazing patients, and help keep appointments running smoothly.
🐱 Ethan is our new Kennel Technician and Bather! He’s already bringing a caring presence to our team and loves making even the most nervous pets feel safe and comfortable.

✨What’s your favorite part about being a veterinary receptionist?
Building meaningful relationships with clients while helping provide the highest level of care for their pets. I love making every client feel valued, supported, and truly heard.

✨What’s the most heartwarming thing you’ve seen at the clinic?
Seeing clients come in feeling upset or discouraged after previous veterinary experiences, and being able to turn that around—helping them feel supported, cared for, and confident in the care we provide. It’s also incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that consistently delivers such a high level of compassion and quality care.

✨If you could be an animal, what would you be and why?
Definitely a cat! I relate to their independent nature, strong personality, and a little bit of that classic cat attitude 🐈

Seeing clients come in with a very sick pet and being able to support them through that difficult time—then watching their beloved companion go back home feeling better and cared for. Those moments truly mean everything.

✨ Favorite part of being a veterinary receptionist?
Building strong, lasting connections with our clients and making sure everyone who walks through the door feels genuinely welcomed and supported.

✨What’s your favorite part about being a veterinary receptionist?
Getting to spend time with so many different pets and building meaningful connections with both them and their owners.

✨What’s the most heartwarming thing you’ve seen at the clinic?
Piggy’s journey and how everyone came together to help her recover—it really showed the compassion of our team. Also, our spay day events, where we’re able to give back and make a positive impact in the community.

✨What animal would your Spirit animal be?
A cat—independent, adventurous, and always curious about the world around me. 🐈‍⬛
