When the City of Vineland feels so passionate about killing free-roaming cats that they waste money on litigation, that is irrational hate. These councilmen should be fired after years of refusing to be educated on modern animal welfare practices and voting based on their biased personal opinions.

We the people do not want cats killed. It is your job to represent the people you serve. 80% of the general population votes no to trap and kill methods of animal control.
