Only 2 days away…

I’m excited to participate in the Wenham Museum’s first-ever Book Flood this weekend on Sunday, December 10 from 12 – 4 p.m.! I will be there with my work, Sky’s Journey!

A Book Flood (or Jolabokaflod) is an Icelandic tradition dating to WWII. Icelanders read books and drink hot coco on Christmas Eve. This event will showcase nearly 20 local authors representing a variety of genres, like children’s fiction, YA, historical fiction, memoir, nonfiction, and horror will be there. This is a great opportunity to find your next great read or a wonderful gift for reader on your list. Books and hot chocolate will be available for purchase. This event is free for Wenham Museum members and is included with museum admission ($10 adults, $8 seniors and children) for the general public. Learn more here:

Do you love to read? Do you love meeting local authors? If yes, come and experience the Wenham Museum’s first-ever Jolabokaflod! Jolabokaflod is the Icelandic Christmas Book Flood, a tradition […]

I just love seeing my Pet Portraits gift certificate on the Cape Ann Animal Aid auction items showcase!!! The portrait shown is of my dog Jackson, whom we adopted from CAAA in 2009. My dad has adopted many cats from them - I remember looking at the kittens in the window on Main Street when I was little. They are a shelter close to my heart!! 🐾❤️🐾
