What a summer it's been for ICHS! We had record breaking adoption numbers and we can't thank you all enough for helping us get our animals their new homes!❤

Some more exciting news! 2013 held the record for most dogs adopted in a year. 121 dogs found new homes. So far, in 2026, 133 dogs have new homes, with 3 more months to go!! How amazing is that!!???!!!

We're 3 month old boxer puppies and we really really want you to come see us. We're spayed/neutered, up to date with our vaccines and microchipped. All we need is for someone to take us home! Stop in anytime during our open hours or call the nice lady that answers the phone and tell her you just HAVE to have one of us. She'll hook you up! See you soon!

Coral has been adopted!

🐾Meet our sweet and spunky girl Coral🐾

Coral just recently went on a Doggy Day Out excursion and got a GREAT report card back☺

"Coral was a sweet heart right from the start. It was a short drive but she did amazing in the car. I have a dog seatbelt that goes around the backseat and she stayed in the back the whole time. She enjoyed looking out the window, she even laid down and was very calm.

When we got to the state park she was excited to explore. She walks beautifully on leash and loved sniffing and exploring the trails. She even hoped in the small creek and appears to love the water. She did fine passing people on the trails, she seems interested in people like she wanted to say hi.

She’s very adventurous and happy go lucky. She would be a great pup for all kinds of adventures. When the fun was over we just hung out in the back of my car for a while and she laid on my lap. All around a super well behaved pup. She was a little picky with treats but took my freeze dried cheese dog treats. She also enjoyed pets and affection."
