Dixon Veterinary Clinic & Grooming to provide Welcome to the Dixon Veterinary Clinic and Pet Grooming

The Dixon Veterinary Clinic was established on Jan 1st, 1971.

Our mission is…

to provide top quality medicine and surgery for a reasonable fee
to consider the needs of the client and the needs of the patient
to discuss in a straight forward manner the costs and expected outcomes of any treatment
to provide referrals for those patients requiring specialized services. The Dixon Veterinary Clinic is primarily a companion animal clinic. Although the practice is

largely a cat and dog clinic, we treat all animals from llamas to iguanas. For those cares which are beyond our scope to handle, we readily help in referring patients to the appropriate specialists. We provide basic medical services including in house laboratory, xray and ultrasound. Our surgery services include basic spays and neuters as well as other major surgeries. We encourage preventative care such as parasite control (fleas, ticks, heartworm, intestinal parasites), annual preventative dental care, vaccinations appropriate for the individual pet, annual physical examinations and periodic blood panels. Please view our website or give us a call to learn more!

3 FERAL CATS IN NEED OF HOMES
All 3 feral cats are about 5 months of age. There are 2 males (both orange tabby’s pictured below) and one female (white and grey tabby) We have tamed them to petting. Our clinic will vaccinate and neuter/spay for donation, if you adopt any of them. It’s recommended that they remain in-door cats for some time until they are acclimated to their new environment. Please reply to this post if you are interested or have any questions.
