How polite are your dogs in the house? I picked up this small toy and put it on a counter as I walked by. When I came back I found Rupert and Simon sitting nicely, saying “ please may we have it?” They both could have reached it but they didn’t💙💚

Started here with this boy sooner than I typically do. I did that because he lacks confidence and trust and this (with yummy cheese) only puts pressure on him when he comes towards me, but then he is free to move again. This process is what I call “getting comfortable with the uncomfortable.” So pressure on then pressure off, until it’s habitual.
