If you have been with us for at least a couple of months, you probably recognize this face. If not, this is Jack!

Jack has a history of not wanting to stay in a yard, yup, it's true, and that is how he ended up in the shelter. But honestly, that is his one and only, while kinda major, downfall. Beyond that, he doesn't have many shortcomings!
He loves going on adventures on a leash with people! He is the perfect size and won't get any bigger because he is 2 years old, and for the most part, is quiet.
When Jack went into a foster home while we did the kennel floors, he did great in a crate at night and, during quiet times, settled right in and took a nap. He was an extra good boy and didn't chew on things he wasn't supposed to, and was the perfect house guest!
Since he doesn't want to stay in a yard, living in an apartment would be perfect for him; daily walks would make his day. If you love road trips and traveling around, Jack would be a great travel buddy because he would see the world and be on a leash with his people.
No one is perfect, not even Jack, but the great definitely outweighs the not-so-great. Jack deserves a home that knows he needs to be walked on a leash, will help him stay safe, and will love him with their entire hearts!
