Dear Valued Clients,

First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support and trust in us. Being a part of this community and serving you is a true privilege, and we never take for granted the relationships we’ve built together.

Our goal has always been to provide you with the highest quality of service while keeping our care accessible. To that end, we chose to forego an annual price increase last year for the majority of our clients, absorbing the rising costs ourselves because we know how challenging the economic landscape has been for everyone.

However, after a careful review of the last six months, we have reached a point where we must make a small adjustment. To help fill the gap created by the rising cost of living and the increasing expenses of running our business, we will be implementing a minor price increase effective July 6th, 2026.

We want to reassure you that we are keeping this adjustment as minimal as possible—most services will only see an increase between $3 and $5, depending on size and current grooming rates. Cat services will increase by $10 (we haven’t increased our kitties in over 2 years, and over 3 for some)

This decision was not made lightly. This small shift is truly about sustainability—it ensures we can continue to cover our rising operational costs and, most importantly, fairly support our dedicated staff so they can continue to take care of your furry family members with the same standard of excellence you expect.

While we know its not a requirement for any business to announce increases. In fact, it’s not the norm at all, we want to help everyone be prepared and have maximum transparency about your fees with us.
