Hey Everyone!

Just a note on baths...

I know a few people that were getting in on store phone calls only have been upset but this is honestly not a new policy and getting upset with me isn't going to change it. Especially right now with my low staffing and accommodating our downtown friends for the summer. I have to ensure that there is space for my baths in the grooming room as well as ensure I have someone to cover me. Some days I'm doing 2 baths and others as much as 7 or 8 plus manning the store, taking deliveries and taking care of the animals.

Please bear with us for the next few months!

I know i have several baths to book - I've seen the texts but was unable to answer today as it was pretty hectic and I had to get the pet food out onto shelves as we were BARE. I've brought the phone home so I can look and see where I can accommodate people.

Our Board has decided that the Expo will be biannual moving forward. This decision was a difficult one to make as it was so much fun! We believe we can do better with the Expo and the sports by spreading it out a little bit.

This year we will be focusing more on FastCAT and bringing AKC Fetch to Dickinson!

These are fast growing activities to stimulate our dogs mentally and physically as well as encourage bonding with our pets.

Did you try FastCAT last year? Tell us about it! Did your dog love it? I had 1 that was absolutely in love and 1 that was not 🤣. Share pictures if you have them!
