Heads up to my students - Fox Lea Mini Horse Rescue needs our help! They made the following post:

“Hello! We need some help on a short term basis -maybe a few days. We’ve had folks sidelined by surgery and as we know the work doesn’t stop. Some of the chores include bathing and brushing the minis -getting ready for summer clips -and we need help with some minor grounds maintenance These are paid jobs.”

To my current students, please help out if you can! Many of you are ideal for brushing, bathing, and assisting in horse care. Some of you can also help with feeding, cleaning stalls, even body clipping for the hot weather! Parents, if you can assist with transport and some of the grounds maintenance that would be amazing.

Any of my current students who volunteer at Fox Lea Mini Horse Rescue in this month of April for at least 3 hours gets a free ‘extra’ 30 minute private lesson with me (or 1 hour semi-private lesson if it works out in the schedule, y’all know the drill). Get out there and give them some help - the minis need you!
