Come meet the kittens at our adoption event and stay afterwards for our watch party with a buffet. Our adoption event is from 3-6 pm at the Black Cat Cafe. Our watch party for the Stanley Pup starts right after. To take a kitten or 2 home from our adoption event, get preapproved at www.palspets.org. Coming to PALS today. Luckily, despite how terrible he looks his vet bills won’t be real high so we are able to take this pathetic little feller named Dehli—will change name to correct spelling Delhi when he arrives.

Update from Dr Dana Yard on Elmer:

“Your man is awake. Everything went well and he is in recovery.

Definitely necessary. His bladder was full of visible sand. I flushed out as much as possible. His teeth are okay for now but he’ll need a dental on the future. Some tarter and some hyperextrusion of his canine teeth but no painful FORLs that I see.”

UPDATE on Elmer! Elmer has been transported to Dr Dana Yard at Wissahickon Creek Veterinary Hospital for urinary surgery because she is a skilled surgeon who offered to help at a price much less than VRC. We are now $2,000 under what we need to pay his expenses. We have sadly already been forced to turn away a cat with an intestinal foreign body obstruction because we cannot help others without financial support for Elmer. Elmer’s transporter says he’s a lovebug and cries the whole 35 mins because he wanted me to pet him.
