Anybody can be a victim of domestic violence. How do we Help?

SALT LAKE CITY — Demetrius Omar Lateef Allen was a victim of domestic violence today just after midnight. He was found shot to death outside an apartment located in the Ballpark neighborhood near the Utah State Fair.
27-year-old Allen from Fresno, Texas, was known as Ouncie Mitchell, a professional bull rider on the PBR Tour. In a public statement, PBR Commissioner Sean Gleason said, "Ouncie got his name because he was born small. He grew up to compete with a huge heart. The PBR organization sincerely extends our own heartfelt condolences to Ouncie’s cousin Ezekiel Mitchell and the entire Mitchell family."
Mitchell was in Salt Lake City to compete in the Utah State Fair and was staying with LaShawn Denise Bagley who fired the gun that took his life. She was taken into custody and faces charges of Murder and Felony Discharge of a Fi***rm.

Our condolences to the Mitchell family. We enjoyed watching him ride. He will be missed.
