We're partnering with Kretschmar and the Humane Society of the Lakes for a day of great food and giving back.

This Rib Fest is dedicated to the memory of our late owner, John Lofberg, whose love for animals and support of the Humane Society inspired this fundraiser.

For every rack of Kretschmar ribs sold, $2 will be donated to the Humane Society of the Lakes—$1 from Central Market (no limit) and $1 matched by Kretschmar (up to $250).

While you're here, you can:

- Meet the Humane Society team and learn about adoptable pets
- Donate pet food, blankets, towels, toys, cleaning supplies, and other pet care items
- Round up your purchase at checkout to support their mission

We'll also have a One Day Sale throughout the store—details coming soon!

Our Perham store will also be celebrating Rib Fest on August 14. While the Humane Society fundraiser will be exclusive to our Detroit Lakes location, we hope you'll stop by either store to enjoy Rib Fest and our one-day specials!

Our 3rd Annual Flash Tattoo Fundraiser was a HUGE success!

Together, we raised an incredible $11,000!!!!

We can’t say THANK YOU enough to Wood Fire Pizza and Catering, all of the amazing artists (Salty Raven Tattoo LLC, Heath Studios & Tattoo, Sinstar Ink, and Tattoos by Waabz), Stuck on You, Permanent Jewelry by Lisa, and, of course, everyone who came out, showed their support, and got some new ink!

We are so excited to see how this fundraiser has grown into such an amazing event and are excited to keep making it bigger and better each year. It truly wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our community, and we are so grateful to everyone who has helped make it what it is today.

We can’t wait to do it again next year!!!

Flash Tattoo Fundraiser Day 3!!

We did 90 tattoos yesterday!

Come grab some friends, some pizza, some new jewelry, and some new ink!

Flash Tattoo Fundraiser DAY 2!

We did 76 tattoos yesterday! A few updates for today:

• All custom tattoos have an additional charge of at least $50.
• Customs must be simple and approved at check in. Being it is a flash event, artists will not have time to draw up custom designs, please bring a design.
• You are welcome to get as many tattoos as you like, but a maximum of 2 in one sitting.
