Lucky One Lucky Cat -- 15 years old -- toothless and recently the victim of a vicious dog attack. Here i He inflicted sever damage. It will be a long journey

We adopted Lucky in 2012 when she was 10 years old from Purrfect Pals. Lucky was a cool as could be, sitting on her scratching post while the other cats cowered before Niko who was having a bad day. Lucky had her tongue just slightly sticking out of her mouth, because she had no teeth--Don't know why, but I do know she loves to eat. November 24 about noon, a small Yorkie, appeared on our back porc

h and attacked Lucky while she was sunning herself. Thanks to the vets and staff at Blue Pearl Emergency Hospital, Lucky is alive and starting to heal.

Lucky got an infection and pancreatitis (very painful) on Friday. So we went to Blue Pearl in North Seattle and she spent the night. They gave her intravenous fluids, antiboitics and she is feeling better. She came home Saturday afternoon and is getting a little better every day. Here she is waiting to come home.
