This was our leader 9 years ago! Her physical therapist behind the camera providing feedback on the human form. While the trainer kept making her pause repetitions so she could provide positive feedback and breaks to her learners and companions. Can you believe this was that long ago? How long have we been doing this animal training life, again? 🫨 Gary has a birthday coming up, can you guess how old?! 💞

Teaching your dog to be comfortable with this level of handling takes practicing human mechanics to communicate safety and well-being. We do this training to prepare the puppy for when they are not in control: vet visits, grooming, and other areas where care and cooperation go hand in hand. Additionally, these skills can help prepare a dog for a life of companionship with any lifestyle, search and rescue work, as well as many sports and volunteer activities we love to share our life with our animals.
