🐾 Help us welcome our newest doctor! 🐾

We’re EXCITED to introduce Dr. Laura Quenemoen to the Derry Animal Hospital team! With Dr. Quenemoen joining us, we’re happy to be able to offer more appointment availability and see more of our patients when they need us!

A little about Dr. Q:
Dr. Quenemoen grew up in Dracut, Massachusetts, and earned her BBA and BS from UMass before receiving her veterinary degree from the University of Illinois. She loves building relationships with clients and their pets, finding the best ways to care for each individual family.
As a lifelong learner, she enjoys the variety of general practice, with interests ranging from preventative wellness and routine care to internal medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology, surgery, and dentistry.
At home, Dr. Quenemoen stays busy with her husband, Tim, their daughter, Bea (9), and son, Ari (7). Their family also includes four rescue cats—Boo, Brimley, Sasha, and Max—and a rescue dog, Paloma!
When she’s not at the hospital, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, cheering on her kids at sporting events, gardening, cooking, and traveling.

🌟EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: APRIL🌟
Many clients ask who keeps the flowers looking so beautiful along our walkway and in front of the hospital. The answer is APRIL! 🌸🌼
April has been part of the Derry Animal Hospital family for an incredible 15 years (and counting)! While she does an amazing job outside with the flowers, she also plays several vital roles inside the hospital as a Certified Veterinary Technician, Technician Supervisor, and Inventory Manager. Her dedication, knowledge, and positive attitude help keep both our patients and our team thriving.
A few fun facts about April:
