Dani began her time at RVVH in May 2023 when she was still a student at UConn. She just fit in with us immediately and everyone was always excited for her school breaks so we could have Dani time! And fortunately for us, she became a full time technician after graduation in May 2025. It has been wonderful watching her learn and grow! Her dedication and huge heart make a difference every single day. She makes such a positive difference on our team!

Sarah joined us in August 2024. It’s hard to believe that it has only been 2 years as she is such a part of our team! When Sarah applied for a position, we were not actually looking to hire any more technicians. But we decided to interview her and from there, it was a lock! She was just so amazing and we knew we needed her. She goes above and beyond for every patient. Sarah is from originally from upstate NY and she received her vet tech degree from SUNY Delhi and is a licensed veterinary technician. She is one of a kind!

Meg is a certified veterinary technician who attended the Norwalk Veterinary Technology program. She joined us in May 2023. Meg is not only technically talented but she is so empathetic and kind. She has a special gift for caring for animals and comforting the people who love them. And she is our resident cat whisperer! We are so honored to have her!

Alyssa started out as a shadow in the fall of 2020 as part of her vet tech studies. We quickly realized how special she was and offered her a job. And lucky us, she accepted! We just knew that she was going to make one incredible vet tech and we were 100% right! Alyssa had an innate talent and skill from Day 1 that has only improved over time. And we are incredibly blessed to have had her with us for the past 6 years. We would be lost without her!

Sarah started at RVVH in January 2017 so it is almost her 10 year anniversary! She came to work with Dr. M when we were still just a mobile only practice. And both Dr. M and Dr. C have known Sarah since she was a teenager working as a kennel assistant at another vet hospital. And they have watched her grow into the amazing technician that she is and she is the soul of the hospital! Sarah is a certified veterinary technician who attended Becker College in Massachusetts. Happy Vet Tech week to our girl!

This is Winston and he is 9 weeks old! Dr. M and Alyssa met him yesterday. And boy, is he an energetic little guy! So much so that Mom has to keep him in his own room at night or he will not let her sleep. But don't worry about him - he has his own teddy bear named Baxter to cuddle with it at night 🥰

Miss Kattens has some sleepy eyes in this picture as she was recovering from her dental procedure yesterday with Dr. M and the Sarahs. This 8 year old girl was already missing 17 teeth and we removed her remaining 13 teeth as Kattens suffered from a common feline condition called tooth resorption. She is the sweetest girl and Sarah G kept singing "Isn’t she beauty? Isn’t she grace? oh look how cute she is in her face!!!" to her 😹🩷

On Monday, Sarah's "cousin" Fifi came in for her first visit with Dr. C. She is a 7 year old tortoise shell kitty. Sarah said Fifi was such an angel for her labwork and vaccinations. She loved being all snuggled in the towel. Sarah's aunt also adopted Fifi's mom Ella and we cannot wait to meet her too!

While we don't always get to play with puppies and kittens, it sure is therapeutic when we do! And this little guy was a breath of fresh air yesterday! This is Remy and he is a 9 week old Goldendoodle. He was just full of tail wags and kisses and made everyone so happy 🥰
