Our 3 newest board & train students. What a bunch of cuties, that will be even cuter after learning some manners! 😁

We have two training spots available for June, and then we are booked full through August.

2025 was such an exciting year for us! This past year our schedule stayed booked full for pet dog training and boarding for the entire year, and we plan to continue serving our local pet dog community for many years to come yet.

Wheatland Retrievers also placed a total of 65 puppies Into a wide variety of homes; including field trial and hunt test, dock diving, and AKC scent work homes, in additon to many excellent pet and hunting homes.

Last, I’m very proud to announce that we placed 10 detection dogs with local and federal law enforcement agencies in 2025. This has been a big goal of ours for years.

We can’t wait to see what 2026 brings, thank you so much to all of our clients. None of this would be possible without you all, and everyday it feels as if all of my wildest dreams have come true. Thank you all.

Boarding here at Wheatland Dog Center Is an all-inclusive service that is customized to meet your dog’s needs. There are NO upcharges. We’re going to ensure your dog has the best time, for $40 a night. Some of these services Include..

✅ Off-leash potty breaks and playtimes In one of our fully fenced in yards or fields every 2-3 hours
✅ Picture and video updates
✅ Fully supervised playtime with well-mannered dogs (if that’s something your dog enjoys!)
✅ Nail trims (just let us know!)
✅ Fully heated/cooled indoor kennels, with raised cots
✅ Special diets and medications given upon request
